1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PullTarot platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PullTarot provides digital tarot tools through our website, primarily for English-speaking users in the United States and Canada. The Service may include:

• Free online tarot card readings without account signup
• Card meanings, spreads, guides, and related educational content
• Optional browser-local or account-linked history features when available
• Optional premium interpretations you may purchase separately

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. See also How it works.

3. Free access and optional accounts

You can use core free readings without creating an account. If you choose to create or sign into an optional account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or create security risk.

4. Optional payments and premium features

Core free readings are not behind a paywall. Some enhanced interpretations or related features may be offered for a fee. Payment terms, price, and what you receive are shown before you confirm a purchase. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the charge for that purchase.

Unless a checkout page clearly states otherwise, optional purchases are one-time charges for the selected feature—not a required subscription to access free readings. If a subscription product is offered in the future, renewal, cancellation, and billing details will be disclosed at purchase time.

5. Content disclaimer (entertainment only)

The tarot readings and interpretations provided through our Service are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They should not be considered financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using our Service.

You understand and agree that any decisions you make based on readings are solely your responsibility. Always use your own judgment and consult appropriate licensed professionals for serious matters involving health, finances, legal issues, or major life decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PullTarot and its licensors, except where we clearly attribute public-domain or third-party materials. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and other jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. User content

If the Service allows you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available information or text, you are responsible for that content—including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for protecting your rights in it.

8. Limitation of liability

In no event shall PullTarot, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, including optional accounts, immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use restricted account features will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide reasonable notice before new terms take effect, including by updating the “Last updated” date on this page. What constitutes a material change is determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
