Our commitment to privacy

Information we collect

You do not need an account to draw a free reading or browse card meanings. We collect information only when it is needed for the feature you use:

• Contact messages: If you email us or submit the contact form, we receive the name, email, subject, and message you provide so we can respond.
• Optional accounts: If you choose to sign in, we process account credentials and related profile data through our authentication provider so you can manage optional saved features.
• Optional payments: If you purchase an optional premium interpretation, payment details are processed by our payment partner (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on PullTarot servers.
• Browser and session data: We use an anonymous visitor identifier (HttpOnly cookie) and may store reading history locally in your browser so you can revisit recent pulls without signing up. Clearing site data removes local history on that device.
• Product analytics: We may record low-cardinality events (for example that a reading started or completed) via analytics tooling. We do not send your question text, interpretation text, or anonymous visitor id as analytics event parameters.

We do not require a newsletter signup or survey to use free readings. If we add optional marketing emails in the future, they will be opt-in and include an unsubscribe path.

How we use information

• Provide and improve free readings, meanings pages, and related tools
• Respond to support requests you send us
• Process optional premium purchases you initiate
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug reliability issues
• Understand aggregate product usage (without reading question content)

How we share information

We do not sell your personally identifiable information. We share data only when needed to run the service or when required by law:

• Service providers that host the site, process payments, authenticate optional accounts, or deliver analytics—bound to process data on our behalf
• Legal requests when we believe disclosure is required by applicable law
• Protection of rights and safety when we believe action is needed to address abuse or security risk
• Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), with notice when required
• With your consent or at your direction

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use strong unique passwords for any optional account, and avoid sharing sensitive medical, legal, or financial details in reading questions or contact messages.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including many US state privacy laws and Canadian privacy expectations), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise those rights, email admin@pulltarot.com.

You can clear locally stored reading history by clearing this site's data in your browser. If you have an optional account, you can manage or delete account data through account settings or by contacting us.

You can control cookies and analytics through your browser settings and, where available, platform-level ad or analytics preferences.

Entertainment and self-reflection framing

PullTarot content—including free and optional premium readings—is for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not a substitute for licensed professional advice. Do not rely on readings for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health decisions. Full usage terms are in our Terms of Service.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. When we make material updates, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
