Pricing questions
How much does a tarot reading on PullTarot cost?
Nothing. Three-card readings and their written overviews are free and unlimited, with no account and no card required. The only paid part is the in-depth follow-up answer, which costs $4.99 on its own, or is unlimited on Premium at $9.99 per month. Your first premium follow-up is free, once per account, so you can see the paid product before paying for it.
What do I get with Premium that I do not get free?
Premium removes the per-answer charge. Free gives you unlimited readings, unlimited overviews, one free premium follow-up for life, and your last three readings in history. Premium at $9.99 per month gives you unlimited premium follow-up answers, your complete reading history, and every spread. Readings themselves are unlimited on both plans — the difference is depth, not volume.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription anytime?
Yes, in two clicks from your account page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call. You keep Premium access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not billed again after that.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-based trial, because we would rather not take your card details for something you have not decided on. Instead your first premium follow-up answer is free, once per account, for life. That way you read a real Claude-written answer to a real question of yours before deciding whether $9.99 per month is worth it.
Do I still have to pay per answer if I subscribe?
No. Premium replaces the $4.99 per-answer charge entirely — subscribers are never shown a price on a follow-up. The one-time purchase stays available for people who only ever want one answer and would rather not subscribe. Fair-use limits apply to "unlimited" to prevent automated abuse; ordinary use never reaches them.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Premium is monthly only while we learn how people actually use it. Monthly means you can leave the moment it stops being worth it, which is the right default for something you are trying for the first time.
